Street parking only, and sometimes can be tough to find. I would recommend taking the train to the Broadway stop and then walking down to the park.
No parking lot have to find parking in the streets of Astoria.
I haven't been there in a while but I think you have to park on the street. There's usually some available spots that are not far away from the park
