if i do a pickup order an hour ahead, do i have to wait on line or do i just go straight in and ask for my order?

You can go to the register instead of waiting on the line. I have seen people walk right up to the register to get a pick up order

When ordering ahead online you can go straight to the register. No need to wait in line.
