Yes it is along with motorized boats and jet skiis, there are also 2 seaplanes that use the lake. However there is no boat ramp at the park only rooftop boats such as kayaks that can be carried to the water

Usually yes, you can launch from old beach area. As of today, park is closed due to storm damage. Follow @CTStateParks on Twitter for list.

Yes. There is a canoe/kayak launch area at the bottom of the driveway.
