Bad services and staff very rude. Not customer service at all. All Quest Duagnostics have the same reputation across the Country. I hope management cares one day since they are monopolizing the market and we do not have other choices!

Elderly family member showed up at 9:15 for fasting blood work. They couldn’t take her it was to busy and they told her we’ll call you. They called her at 11am to go back and she still had to wait like 45 minutes till they actually drew her blood. She hadn’t eaten anything. Totally unacceptable! Quest needs to hire more staff at busy locations !
