guess 50-60 percent. older rooms have their charm, with seaside decor, more color, and perhaps a little more dust. newer rooms appeal for their clean. And if you love beige and turquoise, but the last room stayed in (renovated) needed real shower clean down.
How can anyone know? Each one of the people in this forum has stayed in one room only!

I think about 50 to 60 percent is complete on the renovation based on what they were telling me when I was there. If you ask for a room away from the renovation in progress you will not run into the renovation unless you are visiting one of the pools near some of the construction.
This is a 5 stars resort. All I can tell you is this. My room looks complete.
I'm not sure, but the unit I was in looked renovated with new furniture. The unit was very nice and clean. This was my 3rd stay there
