The place is large a d each section has there own main pool area so everyone isn't crowded at one pool its deff cool. It was my bday yesterday snd I had a great time. Its for sure a vacation club hence the name
20 multi-story buildings with at least 4 floors, at least 4, 2 bedroom condos per floor. So at least 320 condos.
There are many buildings and each building has about 32 "villas" - 4 floors with, I think, 8 villas per floor. They're not villas in the common usage (like individual cottages) more like condos.
The place is rather large. Easy to navigate.
