I have read about a procedure that wexner has developed for repairing bone on bone joint problems. It involves special injections into the joint itself. This is interesting to me for my wife who has hip pain and is considering an artificial hip.

Personally I wouldn't do it. But if it is just a injection, I would look up the exact med they are injecting and see exactly what it is. What the pros and cons are. I had one injection in my spine and had a horrible migraine for 5 days. Along with the pain. Did not help. Migraine was worse than the pain I had suffered with. I had same pain with my disc. I was in severe pain for many years. FInally my bones Fused together. Pain in that area is gone. The doctors in my opinion at OSU Wexner are about the best. Other than Cleveland Clinic.
