The tech arrived earlier than expected but called to make sure that was OK. When he arrived he got right to work and quickly diagnosed my issues and provided pics and an explanation on how to prevent these issues in the future. Then instead of scheduling a day to do the repair he left to find the parts then returned the sane day to install them. My mother, who is 81, and I greatly appreciate this level of professionalism. He didnt try to upsell. He offered items that would assist the system but was not pushy in any way. I would definitely recommend them to others.
