Very poor customer service over the phone. Whatever woman I just spoke with was very rude and snappy (even after I told her I was making a firearm purchase). Now I’ll go somewhere else. If I was in charge I’d address that before more sales are lost and poor reviews come. You’re as good as your front line is. Forgot to mention: she hung up on me before the call was over, did a 4th grader throwing a tantrum train your customer service rep?

The good thing about Vance Outdoors is their selection of firearms is rather large considering we’re in the midst of the pandemic. They also had plenty of 9mm ammo when I visited their store. My personal experience: Checking out was painfully slow. One cashier and despite only one person in front of me, it took over 10 minutes before I could be checked out. The cashier also was complaining about how stressed out she was. I was disappointed with how unfriendly and unhelpful the employee who helped me was. I know this doesn’t speak for all of Vance Outdoors employees as I saw many were engaged with their customers. The person who “helped” me didn’t attempt to see what type of shotgun I was looking for, didn’t give any recommendations. It was quite awkward trying to get a feel for the guns while he was silently staring at me. I don’t remember the employee’s name, just that he was a rather large man. Edit: the large man was the owner

People need to understand that with the copious quantities of people wanting to purchase firearms, it takes a while to get service. Some times I get annoyed with the wait, but it is understandable. You need to understand that sometimes they spend time with new gun owners, discussing what might be good for said customer. You can always buy online and pick up in-store if you know exactly what you want. That's what I typically do now.

The store in Obetz, Ohio has a 24-Lane Range.
No...
No. But there's pamphlets to places that do. You can apply on your phone for approval, it's like applying for a credit card...
Yes, but you cant legally conceal it. You would want to make sure you transport it to and from the range legally. Franklin County/ State of Ohio. I also recomend strongly looking onto the reciprocity of any states you may visit or drive through.
Don't hold your breath, William. Guns are being sold faster than they can be made.
Im pretty sure they do cause they have a used gun section
They make the new model Black Hawk 357 you can see it on Ruger.com a fine well made revolver
Definitely give him a call make sure it isn't stop before heading that direction they're definitely good at giving you what's in stock over the phone?

Online
Yes
They have a repair shop, thats a good question. If you find out could you let us know please. Thanks
They will. As others have said you will get a better deal selling privately.
I would recommend calling them directly for the most up to date inventory.
You might have to call the store
They sell new and used firearms
