You are correct poor customer service I've lived it myself you better off going to the store personally

Yes you are right I went first time to get propane exchange I paid in front they told me to go in back to exchange tank I waited 20 min I tried to call several time no body answer. I tried to find manager couldn’t find manager.I will never go again in future.There were four people in front outside to guide you where to go but no body in back to give propane tank. Very bad management.
My current situation. The walmart.com customer service is better! Smh
I agree it can be challenging to get someone on the phone. It seems like this is pretty much true for most Walmart locations. Sometimes you just have to be persistent.

Personally never had to call in for customer service BUT I can say when I was in- store & asked for something pretty specific, the woman at the CS desk actually took the time to pull up the item, saw it was in-stock and actually went with me to find the item..... & I'm actually a "Target" type of person... but I kinda love the Rocky Hill Walmart, never had to call in though..
Yeah customer service never seems to answer the phone, you can try online customer service or go to the store in person.
You can go on line and probably get what ever you need answered there and a lot faster
