During the 1980s the hospital was called New York Infirmary - Beekman Downtown Hospital. Prior to 1980 it was Beekman Downtown Hospital. In the 1990s it became New York Downtown Hospital, then NYU Downtown Hospital.
Um okay and now is under a different name in 2019 💯
