I have gotten alot of new EBT cards and if you don't have ID it's fine they will fingerprint scan you plus other ways they go about finding out that you are who you are. I just read on the city's main app I'm not sure if it's ny.gov but it stated that they were consolidating both 16th streets e t card replacement center with the Brooklyn one I think downtown.
I don't have ID I was using my card as one but I lost it how can I get a replacement
I believe they as you for id anyway.
