Assuming you have a NYLAG lawyer, by NYLAG, through various funds and grants, by philanthropic organizations and foundations as well as by government programs, depending on the type of case and client as well as other factors.
I'm not absolutely sure about that but I think the more dismay you are in financially the better it will be to get the feeling of relief and real help you may be looking for. I was so beyond hope that I told them everything and got more help than I knew I needed. Good luck

Unfortunately not. You have to call the office to go through the intake line and get assigned to an attorney.
She can go over to family justice center, they can help over there. Which ever county your in you can Google for the address, theres one in every borough
