How can we start a petition to remove this place from our neighborhood? We work hard to live here. Needles everywhere now. Kids playing in our parks nexts to needles. The least you could do is send a team out every morning to pick up all the needles you give out that end up on our streets, public transit stations and parks.

they already do and when their original office was shut down the problem of littered needles became much worse as they began ending up in apartment stair cases rather than a sharps bin
