Got a fridge from them that ended up having cooling issues. They were completely reasonable and worked with me for the 90-day warranty. You have to understand that you are buying scratch and ding / resale and that comes with inherent risk. However, if you have a problem, call them and ask. They treated me very well. I will post an update after the service is completed.

Do not buy anything from these people you will only be wasting your money. Bought a washer and dryer set , within a few weeks the washer stopped working since it was under warranty and they sent someone to “ fix” it fast forward a few months later and now both my washer and dryer are completely nonfunctional and since its no longer under warranty i have to either buy a new set or pay for repairs which is ridiculous considering I only had the set for around 7 months. Purchase your appliances somewhere else these people are straight con-artists

About a month ago i bought it a refrigerator, they delivery too me, was some issues with it but angel and his guys came to the rescue and took care of it they are awesome, they are a great and honest people, i wont hesitate to buy anything else from there, why to pay retail price when angel got anything i going to be honest the refrigerator is nice and big i did check the warehouse of best buy where they have scuff item and all refrigerators were expensive and smaller i cant not be more happy with my purchase. Update: on years owning this refrigerator who knows how much money i did put into it, i did comeback and i went over prices, they were higher, so i went and get a new one , problem solved
