Hi Shirlaaee - Breaking Ground primarily has studio apartments in our portfolio. Though we do have a few buildings with larger apartments, we are not currently accepting waiting list applications for those units at this time. We will be announcing new units that will be leased up through the Housing Connect lottery system later this Spring, and those units will likely be rented up in the Fall.
