My 12 year old has been placed out of school and now has no school to attend not becaise of violence but because she goes to classes late in the hall ways wear a good..who can i turn to for help asap

Need a school fo my son , who has problems with Impulsivity, A place he is safe. He has no issues with academics but has difficulty cotrolling outburts/anger.I was accepted into the Islteton Program but the school only takes Medicaid insurance.
