Mostly everyone had printed out tickets but you can also use your phone.

We printed the tickets mainly because i didn't want any glitches. I'm not sure if you can show them on your phone. You may want to check with the box office

Almost everyone had a paper ticket from what I saw. Not sure Ticketmaster does e-ticketing from mobile. Best bet - always print it out.
