Loved the stage and set up. Not friendly for people with difficulty in climbing stairs and it has lots of them

Can't say enough good things about this theater. The staff was fantastic, no bad seats for viewing the show and easy to get in and out of.

What are the working hours to buy tickets at the box office? Any recommendations for good bargains?
Showed the smartphone, no issues. They just ask you to max out the screen brightness.
Yes , but the saturdays there are show
There is no that place with the seat which especially I will have a seat.
About half an hour before the show, I believe, but the line begins to form well before that.
Go to the stage door right after the show. Usually the cast will sign autographs. Bring a Sharpie that will show well on your mask. Get your Playbill signed as well. Be patient and ignore the security guy if he says no one is coming out. He wants th thin the crowd. Good luck!
I sat back there last week. Last row. I think the view was fine. It was hot up there though.
Yes you can bring it with you into the theatre, just can't use it to record or take pics during the show.
There is a store right across from Majestic Theatre where you can buy merchandise without going to theater
Yes there are food trucks nearby. Plenty of restaurants close by too.
Contact you? Mmm unlikely
Hi Marvin, A quick Google search will give you plenty of parking options near our theatre. You can also check out this page on Phantom's official website for more info. https://us.thephantomoftheopera.com/tickets/ Kindest Regards, Lisa F. Audience Services Coordinator
No, there is not. In our case we saw a musical. Headphones could not be used.

Concerns over covid
Yes they are. No service fee when purchased at the window.
Depends on where you purchased the tickets. Reach out to the vendor who sold you the tickets for their refund/exchange policy
A small bag is okay but a backpack ... during these COVID-19 times ... in space-challenged seating theatre, not a good idea.
I’m assuming they will email me. Do I need to print the tickets or can I just bring my phone and show them?
No.
Parking is nearby
The shows go for a year in advanced on the calendar, here's all the showings you can find, click on the one you want and plan a date, https://www.broadway.com/shows/tickets/
We picked ours up several days before the show so we wouldn't have to worry about it.
You have to have ~
On line
Print our pickup. They scan the barcode at the entrance.
Hello Nancy: The theatre is wheelchair accessible. We do have specific wheelchair viewing locations for those needing the accommodation. Please note that the theatre does have an accessible restroom on the main level. Best, Brian Theatre Operations
You can buy online!
Yes
They will inspect. I don't know if they can hold a bag. I would call them.
Yes, or you can also buy it the same day in "TKTS Times Square" with a discount on the price
I believe if you want physical tickets sent to you, there is additional processing fee plus shipping. But I did not see prpcessing fee if you are going to get at Will Call. But I can't remember if I was charged any additional fees.
Yes, I lost mine. Give them a call immediately... they will rectify it
Probably
Yes get there early the line at the bar can get long don't want to miss the start of the show. And they charge $25 for a drink
I don't recall seeing a bag check.
Yes, you can wear anything. To me, wearing proper dress in this occasion respects ourselves and others. Though one can wear sandals or bikinis, it's strange to wear these in winter.. especially when it snows. :)
You will need to print it for proof at the box office. You can view a seating map on the theaters web page.
