I am not aware of any at CCOB. I will check with my Chinese Christian friends and give you some suggestions. It is not a church, but Bible Study Fellowship offers Chinese translations of their weekly study and some classes offer Chinese discussion groups. You might want to direct her there. There are several in the area depending on where she lives. My friends recommend both RCCC in Somerset, NJ and MCCC in Middletown, NJ for Mandarin speakers.
