Of all HVAC companies I've been talking to about a system replacement Arctic Air scored highest on how not to get a homeowner's business. Their sales person hardly spent 5 mins inside the house and 0 outside surveying the current equipment and asking about the potential customer's needs, yet was super quick about unloading his opinion on what must be bought and what he'd absolutely not recommend based on his massive experience, and was even faster running out the door with the final "well, I guess you know it better, so I am not needed here". Good bye, Arctic Air, and no hard feelings, as we didn't even get a chance to know each other.
