I am extremely dissatisfied with the care that my daughter received. The doctor wrote my daughter out of school because she had a sprained ankle. This makes no sense because she was in an air cast, which basically was for support. Students are always in school with casts or crutches. Unfortunately I did not read the letter until leaving the office, which was my error. I believed the letter was stating that she could not participate in gym and did not realize is said she could not be in school . When I called the office regarding the letter the secretary stated that this is standard procedure for a sprain. When I told her she was not qualified to make that statement as she did not attend medical school she told me she was offended and I should have not said that. They refused to allow me to speak with the doctor and said that I had to make another appointment. Clearly we will not be going back. I did call her regular doctor and they said it was not standard procedure. I believe the letter was written in error but they did not want to own their mistake. There are so many other urgent cares to choose from and I strongly encourage not to go here.

Hi Alberto, With our rapid testing it takes only 15 minutes. If you choose to do the PCR test it is 24-72hrs for results to return.

We do perform bloodwork when it is needed. However, we are not a free standing clinic for labs.
