Hi, Walk-ins are welcome but we always encourage our guests to reserve a spot in a room in advance, especially on weekends and holidays.

I went in January 2020 as well and they allowed us to do all the booking right then and there

Reservations were required when we went this past January 2020. No walk in guests. Each room has a max number of explorers.
