It was easy to make online reservations, the staff was helpful and welcoming on our arrival. Having water to drink and the tip to use the bathroom before getting "locked" in showed they cared about their guests. We didn't use the offered lockers for our stuff since we came prepared without backpacks. We were a team of 6 and solved the puzzle in 44.5min. It was super fun and had a good mix of different kinds of puzzles. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for an escape room. Limited rooms available, but high quality. Loved the one we did yesterday, had multiple rooms and was pretty creative overall. Game master was kind and very helpful as well.

Safe? Yes. But I doubt they'll be able to solve the puzzles to escape, unless the puzzles are suited to their age level.
No all of the rooms are private
Same as everywhere else in Manhattan. Took a Lyft so I didn't notice if parking easy or not.
Call in what.. To book? We booked online...
Usually is age over 10. But if they with an adult we make exceptions and let them do it
