A creepy, immersive escape room experience. Our group of 3 enjoyed our time in the Haunted Hotel. The set is unmatched in the escape room industry, and we appreciated the cold open of having no human contact before our game started. Great job, BrainXcape!

I have been there a few times. They usually suggest age 12 and up if accompanied by an adult and 18 and up if not accompanied by an adult.

Yes! This is a business that provides entertainment they have exits and you can leave whenever you like. The place we were in was a 1 bedroom apartment. It was the scary room so I wouldn't suggest you do that one first.

No, you have to pay before with a credit card...but they're great rooms, so I'd try to make it work
