Yes you can but if there's no one to address your needs they will call an ambulance and send you to the hospital
I'm not absolutely sure. But an ambulance did come there once. It was for someone a bit older. But I do not know what the reason was. I would think I'd it's serious enough, behind their capabilities. They will make sure you get to the hospital.
