Just like Cutler mentioned , this location is very very busy. So to be able to see everyone. There had to be an cut off time to accommodate the remaining patients unfortunately.
They take the last patient at 3 but they're still in there til 6 finishing up.
Because the doctors leave if I believe at 5 but it's other things they do there also
