I think the line to make reservation ends at 3 p.m. but we went at 8 p.m. and was able to sit down at 9:45 on a Saturday night
I went on a Thursday around 8pm, gave my phone number at the door and they texted with available seats 45 minutes later. If you're looking to be seated right after they open perhaps someone else can share their experience, I'm not a regular there.
You should be good at 4pm to get a table once they open.
