3:30PM in summertime. Probably different in 15°F though. In the summer you run the risk of not getting a table (for table of 6) if you start lining up at 5pm last I remember

Get there at least 35-45 minutes before it opens. Line is long

Once it opens. People start lining up before it opens. If it is too busy they will tell you a time to come back.
