This was the best meal I've had for a long long time. It was still nonetheless reasonable. Every dish we had was beautifully conceived and the taste combinations were extraordinary. I can recommend the pork and lychee salad and the chicken sando, but nothing will disappoint. Wonderful experience.

I took my wife for her 50th birthday and this was an experience of a lifetime. The service, food and drinks was just “spectacular”. I loved one of the dishes (pasta with lamb meat sauce) and jokingly asked the waiter if it would be possible to have one to take home. Next thing I know the chef prepared us a plate to go, which I enjoyed next day at home. Thank you so much, I will definitely return! What a great experience!

Cacio e pepe souffle is one of the best things I have ever had, hands down.

My husband and I recently visited Rose's Luxury to celebrate a special occasion! Rose's Luxury has been on our list of must-try Michelin restaurants for a long time, and we are grateful the restaurant was able to reschedule our reservation after an unfortunate loss their staff experienced. The ambiance was delightful. The building itself is tucked away and unassuming with its green awning and green neon light, and the interior is sophisticated yet inviting and warm. Our waiter, Sam, was absolutely spectacular! He patiently walked us through the menu and made outstanding recommendations! Sam was the quintessential professional with remarkable knowledge of the menu. We could not have had a better experience thanks to Sam's wonderful assistance! We also had an opportunity to meet the manager, Claudabelle (sp?), who was equally wonderful! The food, it goes without saying, was marvelous! The pork and lychee salad (recommended by Sam and a restaurant staple) is an absolute must-have! We also took home a paper sidecar souvenir, which was very cute! One of the elements of our experience was a pleasant surprise in our to-go box: pasta to cook at home along with instructions! Such a lovely touch to cap off our extraordinary evening!

Not to my knowledge, but the streets aren't the busiest, so parking shouldn't be the hardest to find
I think the line to make reservation ends at 3 p.m. but we went at 8 p.m. and was able to sit down at 9:45 on a Saturday night
Yes. I wouldn't do shorts and flip flops/sandals. But the dress code is fairly lax. Long as you're not in sweats or cargo short, you should be good.
Go early and stand in line. It's part of the experience.
Upstairs is probably more likely, but it is worth the wait
