Saw some new and used for sale with some older ones for rent but not new ones that I know of.

Yes, there are some gorgeous brand new homes available. I've lived in Holiday Village since 2015 and I love it! Looks like there are some that are already finished, and more that are going to be installed. My impression was that they're available for rent or purchase, but you'd have to verify that with Linda, the manager. I'm sure she'd be happy to help!
