Private booths are the norm but first come first serve
You don't, but i would to have the right amount of spots ready if its a larger group. But if your party consist of 4-5 ppl then don't worry about it. I have yet to see a long wait at D&B. Reserve if you want a better room.
They do have private seating areas--would be best to try and reserve these areas!

Reseverations won't change anything as far as gaming for you, but they do have banquet rooms that may be a goos choice for you because the wait for food at the restaurants can be pretty extensive. Happy bday!
That's about when it starts to get busy so depending on your party size it couldn't hurt
It's not required, but if you want a gauranteed spot for your party, I would call ahead!
