Yes at this point their service time is absolutely horrible. And their kitchen is in a different area code in prospective to the seating areas
No you don't I got really good service only took like 30 minutes for them to come out you don't have to wait 2 hours to eat and plus they don't even walk that far I don't know what you guys are talking about

If you have to wait 2 hours to eat then consider your next meal compt'd cause you're filing a complaint or leave altogether. Either way you're not paying for anything their negligence.
