The order page says pickup is available but there is no pickup counter. So I have paid for an advance-ordered meal I can't pickup unless I sit in the drive-through line for 45 minutes+. That is NOT pickup, that is drive through. I cannot wait.

You can go inside. Which eliminates the purpose of the pickup.
