While I signed up for chili’s rewards, they said free chips on each order. Didn’t get that with my previous orders and recent order as well. They have reduced the quantity of food. Compared to the previous experiences at Chili’s this time was not satisfactory. Hope they improve both quality and quantity of food.

Always helpful sometimes they are fast other times it takes forever I've order from all 3 of the different restaurants in chili's, chili's is okay,it's just wings is gross the times I've order there the wings and fries were cold, and maggnolios is good but sometimes that is cold too but not very often! Hope this helps!!

Over this past weekend my wife and I revisited Chili’s here in Springfield as we were impressed with their meals and their value. Oh No!, once we got our meals home we found there were a number of errors and items missing. We called the restaurant and explained what had occurred. There was a courteous response and a promise to fulfill the same order at no cost at the time of our choosing. We accepted and were back several days later. They were as good as there word and the order was completely fulfilled and tasted better than ever. We remain highly impressed with the team and food at Chili’s!

It was a great experience! We sat in the bar area and even though the bartender had all the tables, he was very attentive and friendly. The food was good and their featured Pomegranate Margarita was surprisingly light and refreshing. Recommend the Cajun Shrimp Pasta. It is shrimp tossed with an Alfredo pasta, tossed with spices, tomatoes, and scallions. It is served with garlic bread.
