My wife and I visited the bank this morning 4/5/2022. We had an appointment with Adam. We needed to set up a business account for our new business and get set up with merchant services. As soon as we walked in the door everyone greeted us with a smile. I cannot say enough good comments about Adam. He was so friendly, and we felt very welcome. He put us in contact with merchant services and we were able to set up our account and get set up with merchant services to accept credit cards from our customers. We purchased our credit card machine, and it is going to be arriving at our location this Thursday. Thank you, Adam, and thank you PNC!!

Worst bank ever!! Can't keep an accurate ledger balance! Charged $3.95 rouse a gas station ATM and PNC charged me $3 to use it! Closing my account and wi tell everyone I know to never use PNC!! If I could give negative stars I absolutely would!!!!

Good people & great bank with many Regional locations. Specifically convenient between Springfield, IL & Chicagoland, which u can't say for BMO Harris or the local Community Banks.

I've banked with PNC as long as It has been open in Springfield. I have always had good wait times, both in the lobby and in the drive through. The staff is always helpful and friendly. More importantly, they have never made an error.
