How do you mess up a tea order? They put a tea bag in coffee! Ugh!! Called and was told the manager is Rika and she said she personally did my drink but states she didn't use coffee. Told her regardless of what she says she did, they gave me coffee and there's a tea bag with it! She was rude and hung up on me.

I am not sure why everyone is having so many problems with the Dunkin’ locations. I always order ahead on the app and it is done within minutes of my ordering. Their food has always been good, the drinks are always correct, and the staff are wonderful people. They work hard and I hope others can see what I have in them!

Did drive through for grub hub today since the inside of the store is closed, and this is by far the least professional place of business I have been to. First, I sat at the drive through forever. The workers saw me and refused to acknowledge me at all. Then, The girl comes to me at the drive through with no mask on, leans her head out of the window almost into my car. I ask her to please put her mask on (since it was down around her neck) and she refused. Literally would not do it. I can see why there are so many negative reviews ay this place of business. I won’t be picking up any orders here again.
