If they're overcrowded why is there only a few cats to be adopted? Are kittens that are dropped off in foster care of some type or are they euthanized?

Well i do know if they get kittens in they wait til they are a certain age to spay or neuter them, before they let people adopt.

The kittens are in foster care - they need to be fixed before being adopted. As a foster parent, I try to find homes for them so they don’t have to come back to the shelter to wait for a family.
