There is a public registry for convicted sex offenders. Is there (or can we start one) a registry for people convicted of animal abuse, people running dog fights, etc., etc?

Write your local senator and representative. This is something animal rights people have been wanting for years.

I think you have to write a letter to the governor or a higher power. There may already be 1 in place.
