Yes it's best to go to ur district DSS cause more than likely they lost ur paper work n ur'r gonna have to fill out some more forms
It's best you go up there it could just be a mis understanding
You have to follow back up with them & be consistent with them cause you can fall into the cracks with them, so go in person back to where you applied at !
