You can but i wouldnt recommend it. In the inroads if it is your first time using it you may want to go into the office. If you have employment you will need pay stubs and for shelter you will need a lease or written verfication. Their is alot that comes with the snap program. If you are comfortable with online uses than ok. But if your no really online friendly come in to your local office
Yes and I recommend doing that. It will save you a lot of waiting time in the office and having to deal with some grumpy people!
