Your issue is with Banfield Pet Hospital, not Petsmart. Yes they are under the same roof, but they are two completely separate companies. Contact Banfield with your complaints
Do you realize you are not specifically asking the merchant? If you are not having a good experience with an establishment, the prudent thing to do might be to take your business elsewhere.
I have been a client at banfield inside of petsmart who rent a space there, for the life of a 14 year old dog and another dog who i adopted at 4 who is now 9 and i have had nothing but great service.. yes they are busy and you need to make your appointments in a timely manner for such as dental appointments but if you have an urgent need they will fit you in. I suggest you look at the plans they have to take care of your cat or dog, it takes care of office appointments unlimited. Take them in any time you have an issue and it saves you a lot of $ if you really want to take care of your furry family properly. There are different levels. 3 or 4 for a dog, maybe less for a cat. Better than insurance coz you use it every year. Every visit. And your furry family member is worth it. Discounts on any procedures also and you can upgrade the plan if needed the day you need it and will cover xrays or additional blood work, or add dental. Any banfield will cover your plan, if you travel all US.
