I like them but it is way to crowded and there food is awesome

Love their shakes (fantastic) food is mediocre, service was very good.
I haven't seen anything bad with the food but the staff is always short and not experienced and slow. Food is ok shakes are great they may want to consider going just shakes or work on getting and keeping some quality staff from table to grill sometimes its ok other I ask why I even waited
Anytime friends and I have frequented this restaurant it has been great! Service always exceptional with a smile. Even if you have to wait a while it is worth the wait.

Well, sure the service would be bad if the fast food restaurant is under staffed but the quality of food is great and I haven't seen a roach there yet!
I agree. Our last time at the one at Regency, the place was filthy, under staffed.
