Is it me?....8 times out of 10 I wait 45 minutes or longer for my order, which I go over at speaker and again when I get to window and my order is still handed to me wrong. Why is it so hard to get it right and on a timely matter?

Personally I've walked in to eat each time. It might have something to do with the cook ?

It really looks as though the pandemic has caused the businesses to have to scramble to get ready for something they didn't know that they had to be prepared for. Now they're trying to work with the new health code changes and the customers are getting substandard treatment as a result, long wait times, a lot more wrong orders, bad attitudes etc. Hopefully they'll make the much needed corrections sooner than later or... I never have issues at lunch time I usually wait no more than 15 to 20 min during lunch rush
