Can you repair a my Samsung 65' Led tv that has white dots appearing on it. could be a backlight that maybe are falling off or something else?

If you are seeing white dots the back light or LED's in this case are working. You could have a bad TCon board or a bad screen. The board can be replaced but the screen isn't worth it if its bad.
