Useless. Zero stars should be an option. Eternally lazy and unhelpful staff that loves nothing more than to “pass the buck”.

I wish I could give anegative amount of stars! Alliant Property Management in Ft Myers Florida is the worst! They are rude, unresponsive and incompetent. I really do not understand how they are still in business; the right had doesn't know what the left is doing. They accept NO responsibility for their mistakes! They claimed we were at fault for something, but they were sending the notices to the wrong address! Even after we showed proof that they had our correct address and had been using it for years, their response was "too bad". I own multiple properties and deal with several other management companies with no issue at all. Unfortunately, Alliant and the idiots they employ are the common factor for many problems for many people. If you are purchasing a property that they management think again! I sold my property and will never buy another that Alliant manages or should I say more appropriately, MISMANAGES!

Have a great experience with Alliant. Big change from prior Management company in my HOA. As a homeowner all concerns are addressed in a prompt manner. Their portal is a key in the communication between homeowners and them. Highly recommended.

I have to commend Steve Kamel at Alliant Property Management in Fort Myers for his expertise, knowledge, experience and work ethic. Over the years, our condominium association has had different property management companies, and different CAM-licensed property managers supervising the community. In short, Steve Kamel has been the best of them all! Nothing is ever too much trouble, he is always readily available in terms of communication, and his advice and suggestions are always well-considered and welcome. With the support of a comprehensive and reputable property management company like Alliant behind him, Steve Kamel is a respected voice in our community. Hi Andres, We have all of our vendors register with VendorSmart. It’s a third party that ensures all of our vendors are licensed and insured. All of our RFP’s will be requested through this system. The link is: alliant.vendorsmart.com. It's a free service for you unless you want to sign up for their more comprehensive package. You can also contact our regional director and see if you can get on the calendar to present at one of our weekly meetings. All of our CAMs attend every Tuesday so it is a great way to get in front of them and speak about your company/services.
