We do not offer free vaccines. I do not know of anywhere that offers free rabies vaccines. Check the SPCA or humane association for clinics with discounted vaccines.
They dont offer free shots of any kind that I know of.
These people won't offer anything for free. This vet is the worst in the area. You would be better off going to Wilmington animal hosp, or really anyone else.
