Absolutely Disgusting!! 2 Wyt women who work there does not greet you when you come in the store. Doesn't offer or ask if you need help. Walks directly in front of you when they could have walked around another way. When I asked them about a product they acted as if they were annoyed, didn't make eye contact. Horrible

I absolutely love going to Kirkland's for some reason that's the only place they can send to find those orbs balls that I'm obsessed with.

The customer service at this location is terrible. The woman that works there with the blond hair is rude. My husband and I visited this location on Monday February 28 2022 around 2 pm. The women at the counter looked at us and didn’t even say hello but when a white customer came in after us they greeted them. The tall older women with the blonde hair came from behind the counter to watch us as we walked to the other side of the store she rudely said can I help you with something! I responded no thank you. She acted as if we didn’t belong there or were not welcome in the store after that interaction I told my husband let’s leave. I get it’s hard to find employees but hiring anyone that lacks customer service just damages the store’s reputation.
