I started at Pivot Physical Therapy at the suggestion of my doctor. I had already had some physical therapy for my knee pain and she suggested that I try a different place. Boy, was she ever on target! My initial evaluation was with Gregg and although I had been through physical therapy many times before, for my knee as well as for other conditions, I had never had such a thorough evaluation. I started my 3x/week appointments and right from the first treatment appointment, I was impressed with the knowledge of everyone who worked there, as well as the care and attention I received. I liked their system of having the trainees showing me and guiding me through my exercises and then having Gregg or one of the other therapists work with me. I really wasn’t sure that I would feel better, but week by week I would wake up in the morning and my knee wouldn’t hurt as much. It was hard to believe, but I was feeling better and better! I want to thank everyone who works at this Pivot location for their caring and helpfulness, as well as their professionalism. They are a very busy place, but have the time to personalize each patient’s treatment with conversation, expertise, and fun. And I’m grateful to all who helped me get better. Thank you, Pivot!
