Not exactly sure about that question but i can tell you I hate the taste of salt and i loved every ounce of food I ate there.
If you have any dietary restriction you would want to let them know at the time of booking as well as your host/hostess. The food you get may not be guaranteed to be the same as what is on the menu for the rest but will fit your needs.
My daughter is vegan and my son is not into high calorie foods and like a previous responder the chef came and talked to them. We all ate like kings.
It happens to be that the table next to us werr vegana and the chef came out to speak to them. To let them know of other options. So my answer would be yes.
Definitely not at this venue. Everybody gets the same menu at this show
Low salt diet would be a special menu not the typical bbq fare.

I'm sure they can, in fact I remember being asked about any special diet requirements when we made reservations. Ask the reservation person for more info.
Disney has the ability to accommodate almost any dietary need. I would call the reservation line to confirm, but I'd bet they can help.
Tim I would call the Disney line and ask them to make a call there to find out, I sure hope they can because it was such an amazing show!
